Typography is said to make up 95% of design. Serif fonts (Times, Georgia) look formal and trustworthy; sans-serif (Inter, Roboto) feels modern and clear. Display fonts are chosen for headings, body fonts for long-form text.
Typographic hierarchy: h1 > h2 > h3 > body > caption. A line-height of 1.5–1.6 improves readability. Maximum line length of 65–75 characters (ch units) is recommended. For font pairing, a geometric sans-serif combined with a humanist serif usually looks excellent.
