GANs (Generative Adversarial Networks) are a game between two neural networks: a generator and a discriminator. Diffusion models (Stable Diffusion) gradually form a clear image from random noise.
Impact on creative industries: designers are using AI during the ideation phase for rapid concepting. Music (Suno, Udio), video (Sora, Runway), avatars (HeyGen) — all media types are being covered. Copyright and IP issues are not yet resolved. For creatives: using AI as an amplifier, not a replacement, is the right approach.
